Changing Text in Elements

To change text in Photoshop Elements
1.) Click on the text layer you wish to change. If you do not have the same font used within your stock elements will offer a substitution. This message will also tell you the name of the font should you wish to use the same font. The free fonts can be found at
2.) Once you have decided whether you want to substitute the font and retrieve the font used, click on the text on your template and use the backspace to delete the sample text.
3.) Type your text
Please note that text layers that are a part of the design of the template have been rasterized (made unchangeable) as premium fonts have been used. These are the title layers such as "Merry Christmas" or "Class of." Any layer can be deleted by right clicking on the layer and choosing to delete the layer.
